This 2-hour session focuses on movement, teamwork, skill-building, and friendly competition in a positive and structured environment. Players will rotate through skill stations, competitive games, and controlled scrimmages that keep everyone involved and learning.
Athletes are grouped by grade and separated by gender to ensure an age-appropriate and comfortable experience for all participants.

Girls 3rd to 5th Grade: 8:00 am to 10:00 am
Girls 6th to 8th Grade: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Boys 3rd to 5th Grade:12:30 pm to 2:30 pm
Boys 6th to 8th Grade: 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm
